Agreeing to these terms

By using Mp3Paw you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Mp3Paw does

Mp3Paw is a free online tool. You paste a YouTube link and get links to save that video as an MP3 audio file or an MP4 video file in your browser.

Personal use only

Mp3Paw is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't sell, rent or publicly share files you save with it, and don't build a business on top of it.

Copyright and YouTube's rules

Most music and videos on YouTube are protected by copyright. Only save content you own, content that is free to use, or content you have permission to keep.

You are responsible for following copyright law and YouTube's Terms of Service.

What you must not do

  • Use Mp3Paw to break the law or to save illegal content.
  • Overload, attack or try to break the service.
  • Scrape the service or call it with bots, scripts or other automated tools.
  • Pretend to be Mp3Paw or use our name to mislead people.

Limits of the service

Videos are offered from 144p up to 1080p, and audio as MP3 in 320, 256, 192, 128 or 64 kbps. Only public videos work, and one link saves one video, not a playlist.

The service may change, slow down or be unavailable at times, and we may stop offering any part of it.

Not affiliated with YouTube

Mp3Paw is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

No warranty

Mp3Paw is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work, that every video can be saved, or that it will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Mp3Paw is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it, including problems with files you save.

Copyright complaints

If you hold the rights to a video and believe Mp3Paw is being used to infringe them, email contact@mp3paw.online with the video link, your contact details and proof that you hold the rights. We review every complaint and act quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using Mp3Paw after a change, you accept the new terms.
