Who we are and how to reach us

This policy covers Mp3Paw, the free YouTube to MP3 and MP4 tool on this website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Mp3Paw. You can reach us at contact@mp3paw.online.

The link you paste

When you paste a link and tap Convert, the link is sent to our server. We read the video ID from it and ask a processing partner for the list of available files. That is the only reason the link is used.

You do not need an account, and we never ask for your name.

How long we keep data

We don't keep the links you paste, the files you save or a download history. Each request is handled live and then forgotten. Our hosting provider may keep short technical logs for security and to keep the service running.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga), and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. We still show no ads, you do not need an account, and we do not keep the links you paste or the files you download.

If you switch between the dark and the light theme, that choice is saved only in your own browser.

Technical data from hosting

Like every website, our pages are delivered through a hosting and network provider. It may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, so it can deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

Thumbnails and file delivery

Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. When you tap MP3 or MP4, the file opens directly from the video's storage servers in a new tab. It never passes through our server, and we never see what you do with it.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and your message only to reply. We don't add you to any mailing list.

Children

Mp3Paw is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask any question about privacy. Because we don't keep links or files, there is usually nothing to delete, but we will always answer. Write to contact@mp3paw.online.
